Today we had training and friendly match with another club.
We started training by warm-ups and then straight to street netball game as our tournament is next week. My street netball team is a new tea, thus very difficult to communicate with each other. With the help of my seniors, we managed to work something out. It was difficult for me to move as my ankle is still giving me problems.
Later we had friendly match with another club. I felt that my team has not improved ever since the major national league. It was quite upsetting as I really want to bring my team to greater heights. We debriefed by saying how we need to train much harder and by doing that we need to have more physical training. I was quite glad that at least we are heading somewhere. :)
