I had training today!
We did warm-ups. Then later ball drills. We had to pair up and throw long balls. It was easy at first, but as my partner took one step back each time she throws, the distant between us was further and further, thus making it hard for me to throw a long pass. My coach helped me to throw long passes by telling me how to throw the ball for long passes.
Later each of us had to do 200 skippings. Then later 1 leg skipping, 50 on each sides. Then our coach had to "slam" the ball at us and we had to catch it 10 times. After that dril, all our hands were red. Later we learn how to defend when someone is attacking.
We learnt how to score too, it's my first time scoring. I've learnt how to score and changing the angle of the ball when it bounces on the frame.
I've learnt a lot from today's training and I find it very useful (:
