Today we had training, but I didn't train as my ankle was hurting me the entire week.
I helped out in coaching my juniors today. As my coach was more focused on the players who are in the Pesta Sukan Carnival Competition, I coached my juniors with the basic passing, foot-work and ball game. I hope that they really had fun playing netball. :)
