School Netball - CCA

Today we had training.

My coach didn't come and my teacher-in-charge couldn't come. So I had to lead the team (including the sec 1s). I did warm up with them, then ball drills. We played a bit of games and had a lot of fun. I wanted the team to communicate with each other, thus asking them to call each other for the ball. I also made the team bond with each other by playing bonding games. I felt that through this training, I am able to show my leadership qualities as a Captain of the school Netball team.

We eneded training with physical training and a team talk. I told them how we had to be more serious during training and not taking their own sweet time to do what I asked them to do (e.g. forming a circle). Later we discuss about having a netball camp at school and training shirts. (:
