After 2 months of resting because of my injury. I'm back to training, my ankle has not fully recovered. Thus, I did not do too much physical exercise that had to strain my ankle.
My stamina went down, my passing were off and I couldn't jump as high as I did before. I was very upset about it. I am very determined to train and get back to where I was and I will. We did alot of basic passing today, focusing more on shoulder pass and how the strength comes from the twisting of your body. I did it pretty well and even taught my team mates how to do it correctly. (: We played street netball later as our tournament is coming up.
