Today I had training from 7.30pm to 10.00pm
We did warm-up, 3 courts 5 rounds. My stamina dropped, but I continued to push on without stopping at any point of them. I was glad that I am able to perserver.
Later we did ball drills. We had to keep running and dodging for 2mins straight. We did 2 sets and was every tired. Later we played against one another and the loser had to run 1 round. Luckily my team didn't lose, I was glad that my team have a good team work (:
Later we went onto court game, everyone tried different positions expect for me. I was quite upset, but I'll just do my best in whatever position I am in. And that's how the training ended. (:
