Clique Netball - Training

Today we had training at NIE, not at Kallang Netball Centre(KNC) because we didn't have court at KNC.

Training was very tough today! We did ball drills at first. New ball drills, so we had to make 20 complete set to go on the the next drill, and when 1 set is not complete, we have to restart from 0 again. So instead of doing 20 sets, we did more than that. Next, we did another ball drill and when we make an incomplete pass, we have to do a punishment. All this punishments made me so tired.

Later we did one-third court game. I was very bad at attacking, so it is my chance to improve myself on it. My other team mates tried to guide me whenever I made a wrong move. And from there, I've learnt a lot. I thank my team mates for helping me (:
